Register early - for the comfort and enjoyment of all participants, enrollment is limited.
Please make checks payable to Leslie Kennedy.
Payment for workshop registration must be received on or before September 22, 2004 to receive reduced rate.
* Advance tickets for the October 2 evening show must be purchased by September 30. Performance reservations will be held at the door.
All fees are non-refundable.
No videotaping allowed during the workshops or performance.

Driving Directions
Old Arizona is located on Nicollet Avenue, three blocks south of the Black Forest Restaurant, one block north of the Lake Street K-Mart.
From Downtown Minneapolis take LaSalle Avenue South (which becomes Blaisdell Avenue at Franklin Avenue). Follow Blaisdell to 28th Street and turn left. Then turn right on Nicollet. Look for the old west facade on the left side of the street.
From 35W Northbound take the Lake Street exit. Turn left (west) onto 31st, then right (north) onto First Avenue. Drive past K-Mart and turn left on Cecil Newman Lane. Old Arizona is on the corner of Cecil Newman and Nicollet Avenue.
From St. Paul take I-94 West to Lyndale Avenue exit. Turn left (south) on Lyndale then left onto 28th Street (east). Turn right onto Nicollet. Look for old west facade.
Parking is available on the west side of Nicollet and on the bridge where Nicollet dead-ends, one block south of Old Arizona. See map for additional parking.
