Supporting Organizations and Individuals Springboard for the Arts - Springboard's mission is to cultivate a vibrant arts community by connecting artists with the skills, contacts, information and services they need. They offer workshops and services for artists and emerging non-profit arts organizations. Ammala is proud to partner with Springboard as our fiscal sponsor while we are getting our 501(c)(3) status. Inner Wilderness - LeAnne Wilcox Spears is a professional life coach who writes a semi-monthly article series about her experiences as a Belly Dance Student: "No Such Thing As an Ugly Dancer". Ancient Traditions Mehndi - Mehndi by Angela, a Minneapolis-based henna artist. She does beautiful, beautiful work. Carol's Sassy Art Goddess site - really cool dolls and artwork by the fabulous Carol Strand Siebers. Perfect for the sassy goddess in us all. Ritz Theater - Operated by Ballet of the Dolls, the Ritz Theater is dedicated to dance theater arts. The theater opens in May 2006, and is the venue for Ammala's July Intermedia is a multidisciplinary arts center, a gathering place where we can share stories through visual arts, theater, dance, music, literature, from folk arts to hip-hop culture. A great community organization--be sure to check out their performance and art gallery programming! Heirlooms by Laurie - In addition to her custom wedding gown business, Laurie Olson Williams provides Middle Eastern dance costume design and alterations, and has helped costume Ammala productions.
